John Fleischauer, Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Saba Software

John is a number of things. Most notably, he is big and tall; hence his handle - @bigtalljohn.

His personal mission is to become the best in the world at what he does. However, being the best is not what drives John. What gets him out of bed every morning is being surrounded by incredible people that are passionate about their craft.

John feels very fortunate in that he's been able to live and work all over the world, and he's learned many life lessons along the way. He values people for who they are as individuals, not for what their resume says.

John speaks human, not jargonese.

Steve St-Pierre, Partner & Designer, Able Company

Steve St. Pierre is partner and designer at Able Company, a branding studio designed for startups. His primary practice revolves around brand identities, helping craft the tone and visual landscape of small, scrappy upstarts all the way up to near-billion dollar companies.

One client has called him "lovely." One former creative director even went so far to say that "he is one of the best designers in the country and one of the best creative collaborators you’ll ever work with." And someone once called him "an asshole." You be the judge.
