Jason Apple is one for the co-founders of Gourmet Syndicate, the company that owns and operates two of Vancouver's most recognized mobile restaurant brands: Roaming Dragon and Vij's Railway Express. Jason has been recognized as a "40 Foodies Under 40" by Western Living Magazine, his food trucks have earned three Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards, as well as enRoute Magazine's "Best New Restaurant in Canada" People's Choice Award. Jason is currently focused on transitioning Roaming Dragon & Vij's Railway Express from street food-focused food trucks into full-service catering companies, an undertaking that has been driven by explosive growth and catering demand.

Prior to his role as founder of Roaming Dragon & Vij's Railway Express, Jason spent a decade in the software/SaaS industry, as well as founded a fly-fishing and eco-Adventure travel company throughout South America. Rosemary Conder has held leadership positions in Toronto at the Royal Ontario Museum and the Hospital for Sick Children.  In Vancouver, she was the Director of Development at the Vancouver Art Gallery and for the last seven years, she has been the Chief Development Officer at the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA).   Known for her passion and ability to inspire, she has helped raise more than $100 million for charities and developed programs that continue to raise millions more.

Rosemary has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember.  There was an acceleration point when she went to Asia in 2011 as a volunteer to help rescued elephants who endured lifetimes of abuse.  The experience taught her about the plights these gentle giants face and the impact tourism is having on them.

The journey also changed her understanding of herself, and made her life’s purpose clear.  The trip in 2011 to one elephant project became the first of five.  Elephants, like many other animals in her life, are her friends and teachers

Chandler Rose  went from being a "female" dancer in Los Angeles to a trans-male personal trainer in Vancouver. In Los Angeles, he was signed to Go To Talent Agency, worked for The Movement Lifestyle and frequently performed as a member of Black Light Society, directed by industry heavy hitter, Tony Tzar. In 2013 he became a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and started working as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in North Hollywood. Since moving back to Canada in 2015, he has really started focusing on his career as a personal trainer and is currently working at Steve Nash Fitness World. Along with helping others improve their health, Chandler truly believes in promoting change when it comes to gender education. He has decided to be very open with his transition in hope that it opens more hearts and minds on the subject.
